Return Policy

The Debtors shall accept returns of merchandise sold by the Debtors in the ordinary course of business for two days following the date of entry of the Interim Order, provided that the return is otherwise compliant with the Debtors' return policies in effect as of the date such item was purchased and the customer is not repurchasing the same item in order to benefit from the sale price being offered during the Store Closings. Items that are sold on a "final" basis, such as those sold in the closing stores, cannot be returned.

Purchases made before April 26, 2023, with a legitimate receipt, may be exchanged or returned in accordance with the following rules.

After April 28th, 2023, there will be no exchanges or returns accepted.

 

Until April 28th, 2023, you have two days from the date of purchase to exchange or return an item, unless one of the exceptions listed below applies:

  • up to April 28th, 2023, two days after the date of purchase
  • Smart Home Technology: Within two days of purchase, you can replace or refund items like smart thermostats, smart security & safety, and smart doorbells.
  • Seasonal Items - Within two days of purchase, patio furniture, Kitchen Items, Seasonally Gifts, barbecues, holiday goods, and so forth, may be exchanged or returned.
  • Air mattresses can be returned within two days of purchase if they are brand new and unopened.
  • Electrics - Within two days of purchase, you may exchange or return small kitchen appliances, Coke machines, vacuums, baby monitoring gadgets, and other items.
  • Within two days after purchase, home décor items such as lamps, kitchenware, clothing accessories, and decorative ornaments, Home and Living, Pet products can be returned.

Toddler, Maternity, and Baby

  • Clothing can be exchanged or returned within two days of purchase if it is brand-new, unused, and still has all of its tags attached to it.
  • Car Seats and Strollers - Within two days, car seats and strollers that are brand-new, unused, and still in their original packaging with all warranty and registration paperwork attached may be exchanged or returned.
  • Breast Pumps: Breast pumps that are new, unused, and still sealed in their original packaging may be returned or exchanged within two days.
  • Pack 'n Plays, swings, highchairs, bouncers, baby seats, and walkers/entertainers may all be exchanged or returned within two days as long as they are returned in brand-new, unused condition with all original packing.
